Work System ends in black anodised aluminium have been carefully developed and tested for several years. All to create the ultimate profile. This has resulted in a very light and strong design with extensive areas of application. Use it for our standard systems, double floors, smart floors, folding shelves or why not something completely customised and unique? With our corner junctions and angles, the possibilities are almost limitless. Products and parts can be fastened directly in the drilled holes with C/C 17.5 mm using our taptite screws, without having to thread the holes beforehand! Parts and products can also be attached to the aluminium profile's grooves, but here our profile's slot nuts are infinitely variable in this application. Perfect for tool boards, for example, that you want to adjust in height according to your particular equipment.

Work System's new generation of drawers combine design and functionality. The box chassis is made of 0.7mm AZ185 anti-fingerprint Dx51 steel plate. This surface treatment provides very good protection against corrosion and creates a light and soft feel. This surface treatment is used in very tough outdoor environments, such as roofs and gutters. The entire front of the drawer is made of aluminium with a unique solution on the locking handle that goes from side to side, which means that you can open the drawer regardless of where you grip the locking handle. This combination of steel plate and aluminium results in a very light box but without compromising on strength and the robust construction required for the harsh conditions to which our boxes are subjected. We have equipped our drawers with heavy-duty telescopic ball-bearing slides that give a soft and smooth feel when opening and closing. All our telescopic rails have an extension of 100% of their rail length.

Our shelves are designed with a self-supporting design that makes the shelf light and sturdy. All shelves are made of AZ185 aluminium-zinc coated Dx51 steel plate with a variable thickness for the lightest possible construction that also provides excellent protection against corrosion and an attractive finish. The shelves have a 5.2 cm high protective edge that holds your items in place. For larger tools or objects with a high centre of gravity that are at risk of falling out, we offer a flexible convenient drop front. The length and depth of the shelves vary depending on the size of the system and the vehicle in which the shelf is to be installed. We also offer customised dividers and modular bins to easily create order and structure in the shelves. Work System provides a 36-month warranty on all shelves, something we are very proud of as we can guarantee the shelf's shelf life for three years.

Our floor rails for our van rackings have a wide range of applications. Their main purpose is a protective edge down by the floor, so that products placed on the floor stay in place. But they are often used for a lot of other things, such as to reinforce the interior equipment under shelves. They are made of DX51 quality steel plate and have an anti-fingerprint surface treatment called AZ185 that has a bright and attractive colour, feels very soft and provides excellent corrosion protection. The same surface treatment is often used for roofs or gutters. The thickness of the product varies between the different lengths in order to provide sufficient strength but maintain as low a weight as possible.
