CAN-KEY is the quick and safe way to inductively (contactlessly) connect auxiliary lights on modern vehicles with dynamic high beams, LED high beams and the like, where the high beam functions are fully controlled via CAN and do not have a classic 12v/24v supply.
This kit is a complete auxiliary light cable set with data reader, auxiliary light relay, 40A fuse and DT connector for connection to an LED light bar.
The DT connector pin has a maximum load of 13 Amperes (156w at 12v). If a light bar with a higher output is to be used, the DT connector must be cut off.
The rest of the cabling can handle max. 40 Amperes.

Super easy contactless connection without splicing the original cabling
The CAN-KEY is pinched over two existing CAN cables in the engine compartment and reads these via induction.
The original wiring harness is not spliced or soldered and the vehicle's data network is not affected in any way.
No CAN data is transmitted to the system, CAN-KEY only listens and therefore is switched on completely passively.
No tampering with the wiring means no problems with manufacturer warranties or the like!

Can Bus Interface for auxiliary lights

Gives +12 V when the full beam is on. Used to control auxiliary light relays, for example.
