Product information
WorkBOX120 is a raised cover that replaces the existing flatbed for a cover that is adapted for ergonomic work in tough environments.
The Workbox is often used by power supply companies and nature conservationists, for example.
It comes with large doors that open from the vehicle floor to the roof, giving ergonomic and easy access to the trunk. The hatches also provide comfortable rain protection when open.
The floor area of the Workbox is completely flat, without wheel arches, which makes it much more useful than a traditional floor.
Standard equipment includes:
- Central locking
- 3 interior lights (3,000 lumen) located on each door which illuminate both under the door and inside the cover. These come on/turn off when the door is opened/closed.
- Warning light if any of the opening handles are open.
- Central locking and lighting control box installed in the cover for easy and convenient installation (i.e. no relays need to be installed in the vehicle).
- Rear lights to replace existing ones.
- Shock-resistant plastic wheel arches
The cover is made of an aluminium frame and sandwich panels in the walls, hatches and roof.
The walls are made of 25 mm sandwich panels with a durable outer layer of white, high gloss fibreglass laminate to withstand hard workdays over a long period. The panels also have a core of cellular plastic for good insulating capacity and light weight to maintain load capacity and minimise fuel consumption
